Tabita Loureiro

Technical Director and Interim President of Pré-Sal Petróleo

Tabita has a degree in Production Engineering from UFF, a postgraduate degree in Petroleum Engineering from PUC-Rio and a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, also from PUC. She has an MBA in Oil and Natural Gas Management from Geneva Business School and is a regulatory specialist at the National Agency of Oil, Gas and Biofuels (ANP), where she worked as a public servant for 17 years.

Evamar José dos Santos

Director of Contract Management

Evamar José dos Santos has a degree in Administration from FACE-FUMEC and a postgraduate degree in Finance and Public Accounting from FACE-UFMG. He has 37 years of service in the Legislative Assembly of the State of Minas Gerais, in addition to having worked in several other roles, on committees and cooperatives.

Samir Passos Awad

Director of Administration, Finance and Marketing

Holder of an Undergraduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Military Institute of Engineering (IME) in 1982, with a Master´s degree in Subsea Engineering (Cranfield University and Insead Business School), in England, and Postgraduate Certificates from Stanford (USA) and Insead Business School, in France, Samir Awad began his professional career at Petrobras, where he worked for over 30 years. Among the various activities carried out at the company, the engineer served as CEO of Petrobras Nigeria Ltd. (1999-2006); executive manager for the Americas, Africa and Asia, managing E&P and downstream projects in 17 countries (2007-2009); and CEO of Petrobras Netherlands BV. (2009-2016).
